On Tuesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Korea to Prague as part of our joint project focused on technology transfer and qualification of accident-tolerant fuel for new nuclear power plants.
This project, supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the DELTA 2 programme, is carried out in collaboration with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP), KEPCO International Nuclear Graduate School a Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute | KAERI.
Together, we are developing and testing advanced types of nuclear fuel that will be key to future energy safety and sustainability.
We thank our Korean colleagues for an inspiring meeting and look forward to the next steps in our cooperation.
