We have been developing, manufacturing, distributing, and servicing medical and laboratory devices since 1996. In 2013, we expanded our specialization to include equipment for dosimetry laboratories. Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 13485. Leveraging our extensive experience and expertise in the field, we manufacture high-quality medical devices that contribute to the treatment of both oncological and non-oncological diseases worldwide. We place a strong emphasis on developing and producing equipment specifically designed for radiotherapy.
Our medical devices comply with the requirements of the Medical Device Directive (MDD) and Article 120 of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Our CE certificates remain valid until December 31, 2028, or until the issuance of MDR certificates.
We are a member of the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Medical Devices in the Czech Republic and collaborate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to expand access to our radiotherapy systems in low- and middle-income countries. This collaboration enables us to provide oncological care and positively impact patients' health worldwide.

Medical devices
TERABALT
The TERABALT radiotherapy cobalt unit represents the established technology in megavolt cobalt radiotherapy. It uses 60 Co radionuclide as a radiation source. TERABALT is available in several variants with a fully digitalized control system and rich additional equipment. The device's technical design, aesthetics, and efficiency ensure high utility value in clinical practice for the treatment of oncological and other diagnoses.
TERASIX
TERASIX radiotherapy simulator is intended for simulation of radiotherapy treatment and verification of the prepared treatment plan prior to commencing treatment by irradiation.
High-energy radiation is substituted by X-ray radiation. Patient positioning, geometric parameters and other technical parameters are simulated during operation, as they are defined in the treatment plan. The results of simulation are either an assurance that the treatment plan contains the correct geometric parameters or initial data for a plan modification.
PlanW
PlanW radiotherapy treatment planning system is specialized medical software supporting treatment plans calculation in external beam radiotherapy. PlanW supports treatment plans calculation for radionuclide treatment units and also for linear accelerators, both X-ray and electron beams. It allows treatment plans calculation for combination of different types of radiation. IMRT and IMAT treatment techniques are also implemented.
PlanW TPS is able to communicate with other systems (CT, NMR, PET, PACS, etc.) used in radiation therapy by DICOM 3 format.
TERAGIS
TERAGIS radiotherapy record and verify system is a software that helps to prevent incorrect settings of TERABALT radiotherapy cobalt unit, or TERASIX radiotherapy simulator and is used to record all treatment sessions.

PLANVERI
Independent Radiotherapy Dose Calculation Validation automatically performs an independent review and validation of the radiotherapy department's primary planning system's dose calculation algorithm for each patient plan.
Laboratory equipment
T100
T100 dosimetric irradiator is designed to generate quantified gamma radiation doses, in particular for the verification and calibration of dosimetric systems or for irradiation in chemical, material and biological research. The design is based on the Terabalt / Teragam therapeutic irradiator, the head of which forms the basic shielding body, while allowing the URZ to be moved to the working or shielded position. The cap is placed in a covered rack.
