TERAGIS radiotherapy record and verify system (RVS) is a software that helps to prevent incorrect settings of TERABALT radiotherapy cobalt unit, or TERASIX radiotherapy simulator and is used
to record all treatment sessions. This is accomplished through verification of the settings and preventing operation of the device if the settings do not match the predetermined parameters.
Data are transferred using the DICOM format between the treatment planning system and via an internal communication protocol with the TERASIX and TERABALT medical devices.
TERAGIS operates on the Linux operating system platform.
